They have no direct support except twitter. It seems 50$ is still to small of an amount to receive on their platform. I have 500$ or so that should be in my wallet and even shows on the wallet externally but not in the okcoin. This is a terrible company stay away or you will lose your money. OKCoin likes to brag about being global, but the settlement times left me cold. They just keep changing the name and stealing more money than shut it down they don't let you withdrawal .
